Regarding ‘GTS Service’ for Asset #NumberYourGTS

The whole 5BS platform is changing for the better because we are transforming in to phase 2. Sell Data and the affiliate network is under massive scrutiny while we prepare the browser network for merger and exchange with huge advertising networks. And if you haven’t noticed already security features are being added to protect the community and the Business.

On the 19th August we were expecting extra resources to be moved from other parts of the Business, but the tech teams were delayed by the volume of support requests from affiliate leaders asking for help recovering downline members after they made mistakes recovering their accounts and KYC. We did not get the extra resources due to this plus… ADMAN which is an abbreviation for ADVERT MANAGEMENT was overrun with KYC, Sell Data and Recovery help requests which ADMAN are not trained at. This killed off over 7 manpower days from advert support which in turn delays advert delivery. ADMAN will not be able to support any more out of service support requests about anything but adverts and GTS. When contacting ADMAN on Skype, please look at the service hours which have been implemented. These are GMT hours.

Now for the 19th August Notification!

Your 19th of August important notification (this notification) informs you that on the 27th August delivery slots will start to be allocated to your GTS Service named above by allocating resources and a ‘start from’ delivery date.

Additionally, we have upgraded the GTS Service in the following ways to allow you to customize it for the GTS Service named above:

1️⃣ Due to many requests to extend the 7-10 days Sales Delivery, we will now enable you to set how many days you want/need to process the Sales Delivery – This is known as GTS Service Delivery Window. It used to be 7-10 days by default, but now you can customize it to = minimum 10 days and maximum 30 days window to spread out demand and manage your Assets (CCH: in product adverts, e.g. DuoLife, Amway, once it will be active additional configuration of GTS Adverts, my advice to change the delivery time to maximum 30 days). To manage the ‘GTS Service Delivery Window’ we will be loading a Contract Plan into the Sales Delivery column for above Asset on the My Adverts/Guaranteed Sales Ads page.

2️⃣ This Contract Plan can be customized to plan the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Sales Deliveries for this Asset. You will be able to customize the Asset’s Contract Plan with what you will sell in the 2nd and 3rd Deliveries if switching. You will be able to add custom dates that your target affiliate program will pay your commission and stagger the 2nd and 3rd Sales Deliveries to provide you with enough time to get paid, and pay us the Agreement’s 34% Profit Share before starting the next Sales Delivery.

3️⃣ The Contract Plan will also give you the power to change products/services in each future Sales Delivery providing you notify us in the planner. Then after the 1st Sales Delivery, you will be provided the Advert Wizard to upgrade/change for the 2nd delivery based on your customized Contract Plan.

4️⃣ Default, we require 30 days to turnaround from 1st Sales Delivery to the 2nd and 3rd however, this may not match the commission payment schedule, so your Contract Plan must be customized to allow enough time to be paid, pay us and another 30 days to turnaround.

5️⃣ Your Contract Plan must be completed with a mode of payment to pay us the 34% and the date of payment as decided by the date you will receive your commission to pay us.

6️⃣ After the Contract Plan is completed, we will be able to move on to confirmation of the intended targeted Sales Delivery slot allocated which may change to cater for any special requests you customized this Asset’s Contract Plan with.

7️⃣ You will receive an alert notification to complete your Contract Plan for each individual Asset when it is loaded in the Sales Delivery column on the My Adverts/Guaranteed Sales Ads page. When loaded, please complete it within 72 hours to keep momentum.
