Why is this value changing month to month?
The EUR value of the share in the bonus pool (performance) is recalculated every month. Based on the community-wide share achieved in the bonus pool and the corresponding sales of products in the project.
And – more and more people are making a career.
Note: the already existing number of shares in the bonus pool (by reaching the career level) may also decrease again.
The promoter reaches the Sapphire career level in a given month. So he achieved the right results according to his career plan. In the following month and five (5) months thereafter, this Promoter is now represented in the bonus pool with 10 shares (⭐️ stars). If this promoter does not exceed the relevant performance (Sapphire performance) in these six (6) months, or at least does not reach it again, it will revert to the appropriate number of shares in the 7th month, based on the results of the last 6 months. Sapphire’s position in the career plan will, of course, remain.
